Story
The 2026 Andy's Angels team for the 300km Duchenne Dash includes Katie and Adrian Ivory, Dan and Rohaise Rose-Bristow, James Earl, Rich Freeley and Nadine, Angus and Alex Matheson. We will all ride from London to Paris in 24 Hours starting on May 8th.
From debutants to every time Dashers, collectively this will year will bring our total Dashes up to 38 that is 7,676 miles
Paris is the glamorous target of the ride but sleeping on the floor on the ferry and waiting in Newhaven docks in the rain makes sure our feet remain on the ground.
Duchenne is a truly awful disease and the Dash is the biggest fundraiser helping Duchenne UK continue its incredible work aiming to find treatments and ultimately a cure. Please donate what you can to help us raise as much as possible.
The Duchenne Dash is Duchenne UK's annual signature VIP cycling event. Over the past 14 years, the Dash has grown into our biggest and most challenging fundraising event of the year and has raised more than £9 million for Duchenne muscular dystrophy research (DMD).
Since the first Dash in 2013, Duchenne UK has brought light to a once dark and lonely landscape. Every achievement — from building a clinical trial network, to new drug approvals, to vastly improving care, and to developing pioneering tech to help disability – has been fuelled by the Dash.
