We’re Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM), and we’re a suicide prevention charity. We host a helpline for people affected by suicide, as well as vital online resources for anyone who needs them.

Story

I am now driven by a desire to end the stigma oof Mental health. How can it be that at just 23 years of age I have known three people who have taken their own lives. Lets talk and share our problems and lets stop suicide in its tracks. ( A problem shared is a problem halved)

As I prepare for the upcoming challenge, Cycling the Length of the Pyrenees Mountains, I am driven by a deep sense of empathy for those who are struggling with thoughts of suicide. I am proud to support CALM, a suicide prevention charity that provides essential tools and resources to help individuals in need. One of their critical services is a life-saving helpline, which can be funded with just £12.20 - enough to support one potentially life-saving call. Every contribution makes a meaningful impact and brings hope to those who may feel lost and alone. Join us in our mission to make a difference and save lives.
