Anyone who knows me, knows I have a lot to say for myself and public speaking is a major part of my job, which I thoroughly enjoy. Sooooo.... to coincide with our Silver Jubilee as a charity supporting unpaid carers I have set myself quite the challenge.

Starting at10am on 1st June, I will be doing a 25 hour sponsored silence to raise vital funds for the charity I work for. As a carer myself, I understand the struggles they face on a daily basis and how carers put their own health and wellbeing far below the needs of the person the care for.

Please give as little or as much as you can, to support me on this challenge.
