Story
In July I will be heading off for some more Ultra nonsense as I have a charity place on the Iceland Challenge. This is 2 marathon distances over 2 days against the backdrop of the rugged landscape of Iceland’s South-Western highlands, steep and rugged back-country terrain. The first will be Hengill marathon an active volcano home to Trolls! The second is Thingvallir marathon which is Icelands largest lake. I’m very nervous and I’m already training but now I need to fund raise. Being that Cancer has touched every single one of us in some way I want to raise funds for Sue Ryder Manorlands Hospice again. Sue Ryder is here to make sure everyone approaching the end of their life or living with grief can access the support they need. There is no one size fits all when it comes to how we cope and the help we need, but with Sue Ryder's support, no one has to face dying or grief alone. They are there when it matters.
