Mum was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease in December 2022 and it was a rocky road as the disease took hold really quickly. Wirral MNDA stepped in literally on the day of diagnosis and from then on offered advice, practical support for mum and the family, liaison with the hospital and the hospice and a wonderful volunteer to share her experiences (thanks Carole).
