Thank you for visiting my JustGiving page supporting the Wirral MND Association in memory of our mum, Jean Ball. Mum was the most beautiful human being- loving, kind and generous. As a single parent in the 70s and 80s she worked two or three jobs and was still always there for us. As a nan she was legendary- she could never do enough for her grandchildren who she loved so dearly. So when mum was diagnosed with MND it was devastating for us all.

From the day of diagnosis until her death in April 2023 the Wirral branch of the MNDA were there. We can’t thank them enough for their support of mum. This was without doubt the hardest time of our lives and it really helped the family too, having the advice and support of people who understood and genuinely cared. So now we’d like to make sure that other people are able to access the same help.
