As part of Young Mind's #HelloYellow, campaign I am going to be spreading the word that whatever you're going through, you're not alone with your mental health. by riding my trusty trike along the length of Worthing seafront to raise money for YoungMinds. I will be dressed all in yellow to raise awareness of Young Minds and the fantastic work they do.

I want to help Young Minds to be there for the many youngsters suffering nowadays from anxiety and low mood. Some of these youngsters are near and dear ones, and I know how difficult it can be to access the right help and support.

By getting involved in the #HelloYellow Campaign, I am hoping to raise vital funds for YoungMinds so they can help even more young people and their families at a time when its most needed.
