Bath Mind are holding their festive fun run again, and it’s going to be a ho-ho-whole lot of fun!

It’s taking place on Sunday 8th December and I am going to run the 5km course at Odd Down Sports Ground complete with the obligatory elf hat!

Christmas can be a difficult time for people living with mental health distress and this run will help to promote and nurture everyone’s mental health whilst supporting a local charity, Bath Mind.

I would be grateful to anyone who chooses to support me and the charity.
