Rape Crisis Grampian is an organisation that helps survivors of sexual abuse from age 13. Without the dedication of the staff, many survivors would not be alive today. Sexual abuse affects many areas of a survivor's life, and they have to live with daily reminders which can set off triggers taking the survivor straight back to the event. It costs money to counsel these survivors which can be from several months to several years and they rely on donations. Please donate if you can. 1 in every 4 women and 1 in every 7 men are abused and live silently for many years before seeking help. With your donation, you could help them to get the counselling they desperately need. To move on with their lives.
