*Supporting My friend Helen Sisk and Raising Awareness for Motor Neurone Disease (MND)**

Dear friends,

As some of you may know, my friend Helen was recently diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease (MND). At 50, she's facing this challenging diagnosis with incredible courage and strength. In her honor, I've decided to take part in the "Run 60 Miles for MND" event this month.

MND is a condition that affects the nerves in the brain and spinal cord that tell your muscles what to do. As the disease progresses, it can lead to significant disability. But with more awareness and support, we can help improve the lives of those affected and work towards better treatments and, hopefully, a cure.
