In June 2003 I received the most precious gift, the gift of life.

Thanks to my Donor and Donor family I will be taking part in the womans mini marathon 20 years after receiving a kidney transplant from a complete stranger. I can't thank them enough for the life they have given me, a life without dialysis, a life with my family and friends, to live a normal life all thanks to the kindness of a stranger. I will be forever grateful to them.
