We provide palliative and end-of-life care to adults with a life-limiting illness

Story

"I INTEND TO GROW OLD DISGRACEFULLY!"

For my 80th Birthday this year I have booked to undertake a wonderful and terrifying adventure at the Zip Line World Velocity at Penryn Slate Quarry near Bethesda in Wales. On 17th March 2024 I shall be taking on Europe's longest - and the World's fastest - zip line reaching speeds of up to 120mph - I may miss breakfast that day !

Please do help me raise as much money as possible for the amazing Countess of Brecknock Hospice who took great care of Peter recently. The staff are so kind and caring and the Charity needs all the donations it can raise to help people who need care.

(It is a little known fact that 50% of people who enter it's portals come home again.)

the Hospice has the facility to not only look after the patient so well but extends their care to the family and friends around them.

The Countess of Brecknock Hospice provides palliative care to adults suffering from life-limiting illness who live in Andover and its surrounding villages or who have a connection with the area, together with comfort and support for their families, friends and carers.

We are hugely reliant on voluntary donations to maintain the exceptionally high standard of services and care we provide. Put simply, if we don't support the Hospice, it won't be there to help when it is needed.
