3 years and 3 months ago I thought my world had ended stage 4 lung cancer with no cure I was told I would be in a wheelchair as the tumour in my spine had crushed the nerves in my legs but back to do the 10k again OK on my sticks but still here with an army of supporters walking running jogging running with me and I owe it to so many for helping me christies for the 2 years of chemo maggies for the help and support and I wouldn't be here without the love of my friends and family I would also like to dedicate this run to my dear friend krystyna who bravely fought the big C right until the end she taught me to never give up this is for you dear friend RIP
