Millie goes to a small village school with a handful of students on each year.

For the children to be able to experience their end of year trip to London, the leavers have to raise the funds themselves.

This year, as pockets are stretched the children have had an extremely tough year relying on frozen Friday ice cream sales in not the most ideal of weather 🌧️, film nights 🌉 and some more internal activities that the school community have got involved in. They really have done a great job with lots of effort all round.

Unfortunately the class have not quite made it and in a desperate bid to get to them all over the line, Millie has decided to not only raise money for herself but to help the whole class over the line and make sure they can all have the experience of London including a west end show, which for some is really an opportunity not to miss out on.

So little miss ...I'm not a fan of exercise, I don't like getting wet and cold and can I be carried (see picture) has opted to push herself with an open water swim on Thursday 20th June at Rutland Water thanks to the support of Inspire2tri and Anglian Water Parks.

So if we can.... Let's Get Great Ponton Yr 6 !!!!
