My name is Angie and I shall be walking a pilgrimage from Porto in Portugal to Tui in the North West border of Spain along the coastal route. I shall then be turning around and walking back along the central route back to Maia Airport just outside of Porto. Walking in total for 2 weeks.

Recently I found out I have osteoporosis in my spine and my ruc sac does hurt after a few miles. So walking the whole way will be a challenge for me.

I am trying to raise some funds for a local charity I am volunteering for called...Hambleton Community Action. Such good work goes on for the local community helping and supporting in so many different ways.

One particular area that needs help is for the 'Pantry' where people can go and pay a subsidised rate and buy groceries. This service is vital for so many people and not just people who are out of work. Working people are struggling so much with the increase in the cost of living. The pantry is accessible for anyone who needs it in our community.
