I started running in May 2025 and decided to take on this challenge.

Age concern have helped my mum in many ways since my dad passed away in 2018 and this is my way to say thank you.

Also my friend Janine also works for this branch of Age Concern and I am happy to support this cause to say thank you for her help and support on my fitness journey.
