Cycle challenge: Harrogate to Suffolk, 20 July 2024
We support people in the Harrogate district to live with terminal illness & bereavement

Story

For me it is important to raise funds for local independent charities such as Saint Michael's Hospice to enable the best possible care and compassion to be given for individuals that are ill and also their loved ones.

Most of us have loved and lost family, partners and friends through a life threatening illness, such as cancer.

Now I am retired, I have reached a stage in my life and with my own personal loses, I feel this is the time to do this cycle challenge.

To raise awareness and money and also in memory of my mother, my first partner and my close relative who all passed away with different cancers/tumours.

It feels right to start my journey from SMH and finish in EYE Suffolk where my first partner was born.
