Story
I’m running the Cardiff Half Marathon to raise money for CLAPA – the Cleft Lip and Palate Association. This cause is very close to my heart, as I was born with a cleft palate and had an operation at just 9 months old.
I know first-hand how important it is to have the right care and support, not only for those born with a cleft but also for their families. CLAPA provides vital funding, resources, guidance, and a supportive community for people going through this journey.
By taking on this challenge, I want to give back and help ensure that others can receive the same support I was lucky enough to have. Every donation, no matter the size, will make a real difference to children and families affected by cleft lip and palate.
