I've decided to complete the Cardiff Half Marathon in just 7 weeks' time. The last long-distance event I ran was in 2018 completing 11 miles in the Castle-Castle run. To say I'm scared is an understatement but I'm ready for the challenge and the training to begin!

I'll be raising money in memory of a very special person. Michael Forrester, my partners dad, a true gent whose mission in life was to make everyone smile. Sadly he lost his battle with prostate cancer in 2021, so I'll be raising money for Prostate Cancer UK who are doing vital research to stop this horrible disease!
