We are a group of individuals that just so happen to work for Weetabix, but more importantly, have been impacted by, touched by, felt the impact of Cancer or Alzheimer's.

To raise money for vital research we are attempting to walk the Yorkshire 3 Peaks, a 25 mile walk across 3 peaks, climbing 1500 metres, approx 50,000 steps, and all in 12 hours.

While I'm walking, I'll be remembering all of those I've loved and lost to cancer, sadly a list, my Aunty Carol, my Nan, my DAD, who I'm sure will be with me every step of the way and most recently, only 7 weeks ago, my father-in-law, who we are missing so much.

I'll be thinking of my family members, friends and dearest Weetabix colleagues who are on their own, and everything crossed, more positive journeys with cancer, which has been made possible with the advancement of drugs and treatment, due to the funds donated through Cancer Research charities.

I'm not sure I'll make all 3 peaks, deffo 2, but maybe with the brilliant Weetabix gang, I'll squeeze in a 3rd...
