HFT is a charity that aims to support those with learning disabilities to live a fulfilling, enjoyable lifestyle to suit them. Along with these disabilities come complex challenging needs and mental health challenges, fundraisers like these ensure that they have appropriate resources provided to them, a consistent level of support and experiences to empower them. I know money is a difficult time at the moment, but myself and those I work with will appreciate it so much! Also need the encouragement to jump out a plane!
