A sleep powerful enough to change someone's life! Sleeping out for Turning Tides you will help raise awareness of homelessness, gain a small insight into the harsh realities of rough sleeping, and give hope to hundreds of people facing homelessness.

Story

This winter, the Angmering 6th form (with the support of Concordia) is coming together for our annual “Big Sleep Out” in aid of Turning Tides - a homeless charity and a cause which is very close to the heart of our community.

Last November proved to be a huge success in raising money for Turning Tides to provide shelter and support for homeless people in and around the Littlehampton community. We are aiming to go above and beyond again this year! 50 students and teachers alike will be sleeping outside on Friday November 24th to raise money for this Christmas.

If you are in a position to, we encourage you to donate to the cause. Alternatively you may wish to support us by sharing this post which would allow us to reach more people wanting to make a difference.

Small acts of kindness can make a huge impact on our community, and we at Angmering 6th form strongly believe every day is an opportunity to be better than yesterday. Let’s make our community a better place together, one small step at a time!
