Angus was a talented and effortless chef who was patient and kind to everyone he crossed paths with. Always a gentleman who was supportive to those willing to learn. A father figure not just to his family, but to many who were lucky enough to work alongside him.

We are raising funds in his memory for a Hospitality Charity called The Larder Bakery. Based in West Lothian, they are on a mission to empower the most disadvantaged children, young people, adults and communities to improve their life chances, through access to learning, good food and learning to cook.
