At the end of summer/beginning of autumn (when mermaid season is over) I plan on donating 12-15 inches of my hair to the Little Princess Trust. Last time I chopped my hair off in 2012 I did not know how to donate it, so I want to make up for that. I don't have a specific date in mind yet, but it will likely be in September.

The Little Princess Trust provides real hair wigs, free of charge, to children and young people who have lost their own hair through cancer treatment or to other conditions such as Alopecia.

The charity is also one of the largest funders of childhood cancer research in the UK.

The Little Princess Trust relies solely on the generosity of its wonderful supporters who help the charity give Hair and Hope to so many children and young people with cancer each year.

It costs the Little Princess Trust £550 to make just one real hair wig and an additional £150 to have a wig fitting, so I am aiming to reach £550 (with a stretch goal of £700 if the goal is reached early).
