1 in 7 people in the UK, including 3 million children, can’t afford enough food. Meanwhile , 4.6 million tonnes of edible food is wasted before it reaches people’s plates. That’s enough to make 10 billion meals.

We’re working towards a future where good food goes to people, not waste. Together, FareShare and KPMG are turning surplus food into social change, strengthening communities across the UK.

£46 could provide the equivalent of 230 well balanced lunches for people accessing services through a drop-in centre.
