Story

I have decided to take on this personal challenge to raise funds for the future of the new Dyson Cancer Centre that opened early 2024.

I have self funded the Trek which means that all money raised throughout the next year will be going directly to the charity.

I have been fundraising for the Dyson Cancer Care Centre for approximately 11 years since the diagnosis and treatment of my husbands cancer at the RUH and am so happy to see the new Centre open.

I thank everyone who has supported my previous fundraising efforts and thank you for your continued support.

RUHX is the official charity of the Royal United Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

At RUHX, were more than a hospital charity. We go further to give every patient the extra extraordinary care they deserve, while supporting our staff to do what they do best and furthering innovation within our hospitals. Were out there in our community, collaborating with the people and organisations who drive real change. And were making sure that every penny we raise goes towards improving health, happiness and wellbeing for everyone in our community.
