I am raising funds for Team McLean at CCLG, a leading children's cancer charity dedicated to the treatment and care of children with cancer. Three and a half years ago, Helena McLean was diagnosed with a rare cancer at the age of 10. She has shown incredible strength, enduring multiple rounds of chemotherapy, radiography, major surgeries, transfusions and general anaesthetics.

On August 30, 2024, I will be participating in the Ultra Trail du Mont Blanc (UTMB). It's a 176.5km race around the mountains of the French, Italian and Swiss Alps involving 10,000m of vertical ascent. This is a huge challenge for me as my first trail race was only three years ago and UTMB is way longer and harder than anything I've done before.
