I have set myself the challenge to trek through the jungle from the Caribbean to the Pacific coast in Costa Rica and I really want to use this opportunity to raise money for 'Medical Aid for Palestinians'.

This will be the first time I have trekked. The first time I have been to the jungle. and the first time I have attempted a 'challenging' (organiser's word) 100k on foot. I realise I am very fortunate to have the opportunity.

It is Not the first time Palestinians have been forced to leave their homes. They have lost children and family in relentless, indiscriminate and targeted bombings.

Their hospitals and medical centers have been destroyed. Their schools and colleges are rubble. Yet they still have hope.

Please support me in my effort to raise money to help Palestinians heal and let them know we have not ignored what's happening.
