Having gone to Nairobi to see with my own eyes prompted me to continue to raise funds for this worthwhile project. It is called The Giraffe Project, because its aim to help as many children as possible to walk into the future with their heads held up high.

They have been active for nearly 20 years now and I have seen how many young people have been able to create a hopeful future for themselves, also to support their families.

The team runs/walks the Brussels 20km - 20km de Bruxelles - 20km door Brussel raising funds and awareness for Giraffe project: a children's charity providing educational opportunities for children from the most impoverished areas of Nairobi, Kenya. Your donation helps with- improving infrastructure at our partner schools such as classrooms, dorm space, water supply and toilets- providing urgently needed educational materials such as books, science lab equipment and computers- supporting activities such as career counceling and health advise that promote the well-being of our pupils Please support us!
