I’m taking on the Lulworth Cove 10K in Dorset, a beautiful but challenging trail run along the Jurassic Coast, to raise money for Epilepsy Action.

Epilepsy Action is creating a world without limits for everyone affected by epilepsy, connecting people with others, and providing support and information you can trust. They're calling out the misunderstanding, prejudice and barriers that stop people with epilepsy living their best life.

This run won’t be easy (those hills are no joke!), but every step is for a cause that really matters. Any donation, big or small, will make a difference and is hugely appreciated.
