I am joining lots of other wonderful supporters who are climbing Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon) overnight on 16th/17th May to raise money for Longfield Community Hospice. We hope to arrive at the summit in time to see the sunrise.

I have worked at Longfield for the past eight years. Every single day I witness the wonderful care and support our professional, gentle and compassionate nurses, therapists, health care assistants and counsellors provide for adults with a life limiting diagnosis, including those in the last days or weeks of life, and for their families. I know what a positive difference the hospice makes, each and every year for people when they most need Longfield's help.

I also know how challenging it is to raise all the money needed to provide Longfield's wonderful care, free of charge, for and in our community. I hope by taking on this challenge, with your support, I can help make a difference.
