This year, I will be taking part in the Hastings Half Marathon and raising funds for local charity, The Sara Lee Trust.

The Trust supports hundreds of people every year in Hastings and Rother who are affected by cancer and other life-threatening illnesses by providing free therapy and support.

They are also the dedicated provider of end of life counselling and complementary therapy services to patients of St Michaels Hospice in St Leonards, and the Rye, Winchelsea and District Memorial Hospital.
