I have taken on the 'Peak the Reek' challenge with friends from the Women of Irish Heritage (WIH) professional network, to raise funds in support of Fréa and the work it does to help vulnerable Irish people across the North of England.

In September I will be travelling to Co. Mayo on the west coast of Ireland to climb the 2,500ft to the summit of Croagh Patrick.
