Social Bite is movement to end homelessness. They are a charity and social business providing homes, jobs, food, and support to empower people to transform their own lives. Every £1 makes a difference. £5 helps Social Bite provide a meal for someone experiencing homelessness.

In September 2014 my friend Linda and I celebrated the Forth Road Bridge turning 50. Vikings and pipe bands led the way as we crossed the bridge with blazing torches.

We thought we should do it again a decade later, but this nighttime 5k will be with head torches not flames!

We’re each raising money for a cause we believe makes a real difference to people. I’d like Scotland to be a country where children don’t grow up to face a life of homelessness. Everyone deserves a safe place to call home, and support if they need it.
