I have limited lung function and eosinophilic sever asthma and long covid. I take numerous medications and am lucky to receive biological therapy and wonderful support from my hospital team. I a great believer in the power of getting outdoors and remaining positive. It's my turn to do something to give back and to raise funds for all those living with with lung problems.1 in 5 of us will develop a lung condition during our lifetime. There's a new diagnosis every minute.

On 21st June i am riding from the east to the west of England, a total of 205 miles in one day. Racing the sun from sunrise to sunset.
