We are Anna and Harriet and we are very excited to be taking on four swim challenges for Aspire this year. Aspire is a charity which provides help to people who have been paralysed by Spinal Cord injury. This charity helps to support them from injury to independence.

Our first swim is the mighty Sealand in July! This is a swim from the Principality of Sealand back to the shore at Felixstowe. The challenge is a 7 mile relay in the sea - please come and meet us on the beach when we finish!! 🌊

We will then take on Lake Windermere in August both ways as a relay. This is a 21 mile swim so we’re both hoping for a nice dry day with lots of sunshine ☀️

The following weekend we will travel to Henley to compete in the Henley Thames Marathon. This is an 8 mile race where we will swim together for the entire duration 🏊‍♀️🏊‍♀️

Finally in September, we will head to France 🇫🇷 to swim Lake Annecy! We will be swimming in a group and again we will be hoping for sunshine ☀️ and lots of fun!
