23rd August last year I found out I had cancer, it has been a wake up call.

Without family, friends and Maggies I am not sure how I would have managed.

I have now had my last chemo and want to live life to the fullest, hence I am abseiling down Port of Leith. I have been in hospitality since I moved to Leith 22 years ago and I love this industry and this hood. Port of Leith is a new landmark in Leith which should be celebrated.
