I have signed myself up for a little adventure! 😊 I am going to run the Rwanda Impact Marathon in support of Chance for Childhood! This is my first ever impact marathon and I’ll be doing the half in the heat and undulating / hilly countryside of Rwanda. I’m terrified! 😱

In May 2025, I will be travelling to Rwanda to not only run a brand new marathon, but also visit and support Chance for Childhood's projects!

Unlike typical races, this event combines the simple joy of running with the opportunity to support a truly meaningful cause. Every step I take will directly contribute to improving the lives of children in Rwanda.

Chance for Childhood support children and young people in Africa who face inequalities such as lack of access to education and safe spaces, providing them with the tools and skills they need to build their own futures. They focus on:

- Children with disabilities

- Children who live and/or work on the streets

- Children who are imprisoned

- Children affected by conflict

I will be paying for the trip myself and all the money raised will go to Chance for Childhood supporting their work with children threatened by violence, neglect and conflict. Please donate what you can.
