The Mouth Cancer Foundation is a charity dedicated to helping and supporting those suffering from or at risk of mouth cancer, throat cancer and other head and neck cancers, as well as providing assistance and information on living with mouth cancer for families, friends and carers.

Help raise awareness by fundraising or join in the charity's annual fundraiser, the Mouth Cancer 10 KM Awareness Walk. You can also support the charity's self examination campaign or order a copy of the Easy to Swallow Cookbook.

In November 2024, my partner Nick was diagnosed with mouth cancer.

He has undergone chemo radiotherapy and is recovering from the horrible side effects.

Nick is due to have a neck dissection on 15th May .

I set up a support group for Head and Neck patients in January 2024 as ironically I work with the Head and neck team who are treating Nick.

We are holding this event to raise awareness and funds to support people with this disease.
