Story
Anouk, Luca, and Zephyr have been learning about the genocide in Gaza and feel they can’t just stand by. Moved by the stories of children and families facing hunger and hardship every day, they want to do something to help.
This September, they’ve decided to run the width of Gaza as a way to show solidarity and raise money for the World Food Programme, which is providing urgent food aid to people in the region. Luca and Zephyr will run a total of 12km, Gaza’s widest point, Anouk will run 6km, it’s narrowest point.
Even though they're young, they believe that small actions can make a big difference. By taking on this challenge, they hope to raise awareness and funds to support those affected by the ongoing crisis.
Please support their run—by donating, sharing, or simply spreading the word. Every step they take is for a child who deserves safety, food, and hope.
