We're taking on a gruelling challenge for a great cause - a triathlon with a difference - 34km Cycle, 16km Hike and 3km Canoe. We're not sure which we're starting with but we've been told it'll take us somewhere between 8 and 11 hours - hoping very much for somewhere closer to the former.

Action Medical Research is a fantastic charity which changes children's lives through medical research. For 65 years they’ve helped to prevent disease and develop treatments benefiting millions of people. Their research has helped to beat polio in the UK, develop ultrasound, fight meningitis and prevent stillbirths. But they urgently need to develop more new treatments and cures for sick babies and children.
