Hi friend!

I'm running Ealing Half Marathon on 27th Sept & after a fair bit of training for this 'not-a-runner' runner, I'm beginning to believe it is within reach.

With that, I'm looking to raise some ££ for the Harrow MS Therapy Centre that supports one of my very wonderful friends with physio and oxygen therapy each week. Any amount would be so appreciated to help with the running of the centre.

Two key things I've learnt in training:

1. My fav part of distance running is carb loading and refuelling.

2. I will run further for good gelato.

For anyone who fancies a morning out to lovely Ealing, please come down to support (Sunday 27th Sept)! I can assure you my pace is spectator-friendly so no chance of me whizzing by and you missing me ;)
