I'm finally following in John's footsteps and challenging myself to a big swim. Only a mile for me but I've barely ever swum that far, and not in a cold lake.

I'm swimming for the local charity, Amaze, who support families who have a child with disabilities.

Who are Amaze?

Amaze is a charity that gives information, advice and support to families of children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) in Brighton & Hove and Sussex. They also support young people with SEND up to 25.
