Story
On Sunday 3rd May, my dad will be running the Belfast Marathon and I will be taking on the final leg of the relay.
We are raising money for Brainwaves NI, Northern Ireland’s only volunteer-led brain tumour charity. They provide support to patients and families while also funding vital research to help find a cure.
We’re doing this because in 2024, after months of symptoms and testing, I was diagnosed with a low grade glioma, a benign brain tumour. The support I’ve received—from both the Royal Neuro team and Brainwaves NI—has meant so much to me.
We would be so grateful for any donations to help this incredible charity continue supporting others like me 💜💜
