I'm taking on Thriller in the Villa 2026 to raise money for MS Society IOM, a charity that has provided incredible support throughout my MS journey. Any support is hugely appreciated.

Thriller in the Villa is a fun event for the Island's community, providing a platform for local fundraising. The event sees local volunteers embrace the challenge of stepping into the boxing ring and raising funds for their chosen charity in the Villa Marina's Royal Hall in Douglas, Isle of Man.

I chose to take part in Thriller in the Villa 2026 after spending the last few years on a real fitness journey. Working closely with my personal trainer has helped me build my confidence, improve both physically and mentally, and see myself in a completely different light. Taking part in Thriller feels like the perfect opportunity to challenge myself even further, stay focused, and prove to myself what I am capable of.

I have chosen to support MS Society IOM because this charity has had a huge impact on my life. After being diagnosed with Relapsing Remitting Multiple Sclerosis (MS) in 2022, my world changed completely. The support, kindness, guidance, and information I have received from the MS Society Isle of Man has helped me navigate life with MS and has made an enormous difference to me and my family.

MS is also prevalent within my own family, with my cousin experiencing the condition in a very different way to me. Because of this, I want to do everything I can to raise awareness, recognition, and support for a charity that does so much for people living with MS across the Island.

This challenge also carries a very personal meaning. We sadly lost my stepdad earlier this year, and he was one of my biggest supporters. The moment I mentioned taking part in Thriller, he encouraged me to go for it. Knowing he believed in me gives me even more motivation to see this through.

The months ahead will be tough, but every training session, every challenge, and every step into the ring will be worth it if it helps support people living with MS and the families who stand beside them.

Every donation, no matter how big or small, will help MS Society IOM continue its vital work supporting people affected by MS across the Isle of Man.
