Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland offers services including: training for NHS Healthcare Professionals to improve patient care and outcomes; community-based Stroke Nurses; 1:1 Support offered by their Community Healthcare Support Service, which offers both physical and emotional support; peer support groups; free advice lines for those worried about, or experiencing chest conditions, strokes and associated conditions; resources to help people manage their conditions, and prevent the development of a range of conditions.
