In 2025 I am running the Paris Marathon in April and also a 100km Ultra Marathon called "Race to the Stones" in July, to raise money for Run 4 Cancer - Run 4 Cancer was set up by a team of running enthusiasts who have all lost a family member or a friend to cancer. As a cancer respite charity with a sporting focus, they provide relief from the difficulties of living with cancer.

Run 4 Cancer provides days out and short-breaks for British families affected by cancer. This gives families something to look forward to during the most difficult of times.

I have lost friends and family to cancer in the last few years; it is such a cruel non-discriminatory disease. I feel lucky that I am able to run where others cannot and would love to be in my position. I am running in memory of those we have lost to cancer and for those who continue to be affected - hoping to support this great cause through my efforts.
