Sorry me again asking for money. But unfortunately MND does not go away. This year the York /scarborough MND team are running the Rob Burrows half marathon in May. As many of you know I the MND nurse for York & Scarborough.

I love my job most days but it comes with many emotions and difficulties. No one knows what goes on in the life of a patient with MND until they are unfortunate to be diagnosed themselves or a loved one. It is the toughest cruelest disease I have worked with and these patients and families deserve the best.

I hope one day a cure will be found but in the mean time I aim to raise money to support all patients equally in all areas. I cover a vast rural area and we do not have the services to support all our patients as they should be. We are always working hard to Improve things but sometimes goodwill and hard work is not good enough. Any support would be greatly appreciated.
