This year, Amelie and Emily are taking part in an Inclusive Triathlon to raise money for Seashell Trust, a charity that is very close to their hearts.

Both girls have benefited from swimming lessons at Seashell and wanted to take on this challenge as a way of giving something back and supporting other children and young people who rely on the incredible opportunities and support that Seashell provides.

Amelie and Emily first met at this event last year and quickly became great friends. Since then, they have encouraged each other, shared lots of fun adventures, and are excited to take part together once again.

Every donation, no matter how big or small, will help Seashell continue its amazing work supporting children and young adults with complex learning difficulties, disabilities, and additional communication needs.
