This year I’ll be getting my running shoes back on for my first race in 2 years in support of the King George VI Day Centre in Windsor.

They desperately need to raise £30,000 for a new minibus and are still over £10,000 off of their target.

Day Centres like the one in Windsor are a vital connection to tackle loneliness and the volunteers who run them are incredible.
